If a rebalance is left too long the nails will probably have grown excessively, and will have lifted. In these cases, there will be extra work and time involved in correcting the nails and more products used than normal so we may add a small surcharge. Where the nails are beyond a rebalance they will require a soak off followed by a new set.
None of our products contain MMA.
Due to an increase in last minute cancellations/no shows we have reluctantly had to introduce a cancellation policy.
We have a waiting list for spaces and where a late cancellation/no show occurs, we cannot fill the appointment ~ resulting in a loss of earnings.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
For all missed appointments the full treatment price will be charged.
For clients wishing to rebook after a missed appointment a credit/debit card payment must be taken upon booking.
